Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AmerifundX LLC, our goal is to provide exceptional funding preparation and consulting services to help you access strategic capital. Because of the nature of our work, we maintain a clear Cancellation & Refund Policy to protect both our clients and our business.
1. Service Fees & Setup Payments
All setup fees, application fees, or consultation fees are non-refundable once services have begun. This is because work (such as credit analysis, inquiry suppression, underwriting review, or lender sequencing) is initiated immediately.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if:
A duplicate payment was made in error.
A service was paid for but never delivered (no calls, no access to deliverables, no work initiated).
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to qualify for funding (as approvals are determined by third-party banks and lenders).
Failure to provide required documents or follow program instructions.
3. Cancellation of Services
Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice to [email protected].
If a subscription or recurring payment plan is in place, cancellation will stop all future billing. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of services already rendered.
4. Success Fees (If Applicable)
If a success-based consulting fee structure is used (e.g., percentage of funded amount), fees will be due and non-refundable upon successful funding.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to request additional information before issuing a refund to prevent fraud.
